We all know that having a good posture is important for our well being. But according to the American Chiropractic Association, 50% of all working Americans admit they suffer from back pain at least once every year.

And probably the most significant reason for this is poor posture, especially when working at our desks. The dangers of prolonged sitting have been proven, so having poor posture on top of this makes matters even worse.
